Due to the digital nature of our PC optimization software, Lucky Optimization does not offer refunds under normal circumstances. This policy prevents abuse (e.g., users optimizing their PCs and then requesting refunds).
2. Exceptions (Limited Eligibility)
Refunds may be considered only in these cases:
- Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally bought the same license/subscription twice.
- Software-Induced Damage: The Software caused verifiable harm to your PC (e.g., system instability, data loss). You must provide:

- Detailed evidence (e.g., system logs, screenshots, or a technician’s report).
All requests are reviewed case-by-case.
3. How to Request a Refund
